Ordering

Vanilla Bean & Bella prefers orders through this website, which is secure. We will also accept orders by telephone.

Before placing an order, please be sure to read the product descriptions carefully. Vanilla Bean & Bella will not be held responsible for product misuse.

Payment

We encourage payments through Paypal, but are also happy to accept money orders, cash or personal cheque. Please note that orders via personal cheque will not ship until the cheque has cleared. You will be charged a $25 fee for NSF cheques.

We charge your provincial sales tax (PST or HST) on qualifying items.

Gift Wrapping

We do this, complete with a personalized message from you, for a price of $1.00 per order. We will email your invoice to you instead of including it in the order.

Shipping

Vanilla Bean & Bella ships within Canada.

Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for your order. Please contact us for estimated shipping time for wholesale orders, as it will vary by order.

Shipping is based on weight. We prefer to use Canada Post Expedited Parcel, but will use a courier upon request. Canada Post ships to most parts of Canada within 2-7 business days.

Insurance is recommended, as we will not be held liable for your order once it is shipped. We register all packages, so a tracking number will be available to you by email once your order ships.

If you are local to the Petawawa area, you are welcome to pick up your order. Please enter the coupon "LOCAL" into your cart when ordering and you will not be charged for shipping.

Return Policy

Please contact us before making a return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and welcome any questions or problems you might have with our products. That said, our return policy is limited due to the nature of what we sell.

• There are no refunds on any of the body products. If the product you receive is defective (i.e. spoiled) we will exchange it or issue a store credit.

• All cloth products are returnable within 30 days, provided that they are in their original, unwashed and unworn condition. We will accept returns on custom cloth orders as well. We will not credit you if the product is not in pristine, resaleable condition.

If you are returning an item due to our error, we will pay the return shipping for you. Otherwise, all return shipping costs will be absorbed by you.

Health Canada Cosmetic Notification

As per every Canadian cosmetic manufacturer's legal obligations, every one of Vanilla Bean & Bella's skincare products is registered with Health Canada through the Cosmetic Notification program. This government body ensures that cosmetics are in compliance with the Cosmetic Regulations of the Food And Drugs Act.

Privacy Policy

Vanilla Bean & Bella will never sell your information to a third party. Any personal information you give us is used solely to fulfill your order, and send you a newsletter if you've subscribed to it. You will not receive spam from us.
